Proficiency Rating Dropdown Is Blank For Competencies Pulled From Job Profile To Performance Document (Doc ID 2811871.1)

Goal

Configured two types of competency types items and evaluating both in the performance documents.

1] Core competencies attached to Job profile and respective items from Job profile gets pulled on to performance document.
2] Job Skills, Employee or Manager can add them in the document directly during evaluations

Both sections configuration in Person profile is same. Both sections configuration in Performance document almost same expect pulling from Job profile.

When Manager try to rate the Core Competencies in the document, rating dropdown showing blank and Job skills rating dropdown is showing up fine.
