Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to see redlining of Reference Designator

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While updating reference designator it should be redlined

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PD > Create Items > Update the item
2. Assign to Change Order
3. Go to Affected objects tab open the item update the Reference designator of components
