Goal

For all Salaried employees who's FTE is not equal to 1, the Salary range minimum, maximum and midpoint values show in 'Change Salary' page are getting prorated (FTE * value defined in Grade rate).

Business requirement is to have only the values defined in the Grade rates regardless of the FTE
