SSO Link Is Not Displaying Username/Password Login Prompt On Unifier Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

When logging into an Oracle hosted Unifier cloud environment with the Unifier Mobile App (Android version 21.8.2 or iOS Version 21.8) the login page presents a non-SSO username/password login field as expected. However, the owner company has also configured SAML, so when clicking on the SAML/SSO link, a Username/Password login prompt should be displayed to allow users to login with their SSO credentials. When entering non-SSO credentials users are able to log into Unifier successfully. However, when clicking on the SAML/SSO link the Username/Password prompt is not displayed and either a blank page is presented or the following error is displayed. So users are never presented with a login prompt that allows them to enter their SSO credentials.

The webpage at <Error URL> could not be loaded because: net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open the Unifier Android or iOS mobile app on the mobile device.
- Scan the QR code in Unifier, or enter the URL
- At the login prompt > Click on the SAML/SSO link.
- Either a blank page is displayed with no login prompt, or the error noted above is displayed.
