Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Requisition Approval pop-up window closes when attempting to open notification and view Requisition details

Expected Behavior
Expect the Pop-up window is not closed automatically

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Things to Finish Section
3. Click on Pending Requisition Approval Notification
4. Click on Open
5. a Pop-up window Opens
6. Click on Requisition number to view details
7. Pop-up is closed automatically
