PRC:PO Upload Lines to Agreement Fails when Expiration Date is Populated

Agreement Upload lines failing with below error , It is failing when there is expiration date

[2021-09-14 15:01:42.882]Line couldn't be inserted successfully. For more details, check the upload errors page after the job completes.
[2021-09-14 15:01:42.882]A new line was read from the file and is being processed.
[2021-09-14 15:01:42.9]An error was encountered while processing the line.
[2021-09-14 15:01:42.903]Line couldn't be inserted successfully. For more details, check the upload errors page after the job completes.
[2021-09-14 15:01:43.463]The purchasing document open interface processing was started. Successful lines will be moved to the agreement.
[2021-09-14 15:02:49.66]The status of the job is now ERROR.
[2021-09-14 15:02:49.728]The agreement loader encountered an exception. Check the errors page for details.
[2021-09-14 15:02:49.739]The status of the job is now ERROR.
[2021-09-14 15:02:49.79]The agreement loader job has ended.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Agreements
3. Search for Agreement
4. Click Edit -> Click actions > scroll down to the line items > Actions > Upload lines > Select the file and upload it
