Symptoms
When leveraging the Condition 'Destination Type DOES NOT EQUAL Inventory' and 'Source Type DOES NOT EQUAL Inventory' in rules and when duplicating such rules to save time with rule creation, upon duplication, the selected value for the condition -- 'Inventory' -- will be automatically removed / disappear from the rule at times.
Example: As user builds one rule, they duplicate it, update the dollar amount and other conditions so that they don't have to create each from scratch.
However, when they go to save after duplicating a rule, the Destination Type, and sometime Source Type, condition attribute values get removed ---> they go from being selected as Inventory to just being blank.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into PR Approvals
2. Create Rule with Destination Type and Source Type Conditions with each set to NOT EQUAL Inventory
3. Duplicate Rule
4. Save
5. Destination Type Condition Is NULL
