Problem Statement
'Refresh and Start Order Promising Server' ESS job ends in an error.

Error
Throwing Exception in refreshSnapshot: Error while refreshing Snapshot MSC_DATA_EXTRACTOR_PVT.refreshSnapshot returned: ORA-01502: index 'FUSION.MSC_ATP_RULE_SN_N1' or partition of such index is in unusable state ORA-065

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run 'Refresh and Start Order Promising Server' ESS job
