JPEG Extension missing for photo upload through mobile app (Doc ID 2812277.1)

OTM Mobile app allows to capture pictures and signature, and assign it to shipment.
Those are stored as jpg files and stored as documents attached to shipment.
These are displayed properly on web front-end, however documents sent as
attachments added to email notifications are not having file extension.
