Symptoms

Trying to add a target application cloud pod on PBCS (issue can happened with any pod) within the same domain us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com , but it failed with this Error

Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
GET https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/aif/rest/V1/applications/ returned a response status of 401 Unauthorized
