Symptoms

In the Transaction Console (TAC), when clicking on the Configure Rules pencil icon, an error occurs.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.4, Server Domain: FADomain
Transaction Console errors with message "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 4, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP." when trying to check Transaction manager Rules for Requisition Approval


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Tools
3. Transaction Console
4. click on Approval Rules in left menu
5. Find Process: Requisition
6. On the line for Requisition Approval, click on the pencil for Configure Rules
7. Error appears


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure rules in the Transaction Console.
