Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to view Niable Pay balance results the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Quickpay
2. View Process results>Calculate Payroll/QuickPay>action-Balance results
3. Search for Niable Pay Balance
4. Error occurs
