Symptoms

When loading data from OPC to Primavera Data Warehouse, the ETL fails with the following error:

ERROR

[FAIL] Load plan [LOAD_PLAN_DAILY] time out, duration = xxxxx seconds


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Primavera Analytics Administration.
2. Try to run the ETL for Primavera Cloud (OPC).
3. ETL runs for a long time then finally fails with above error.
