Symptoms

 In a system where the yum updates are obtained from a local yum repository mirror, the yum command is unable to list installable groups or install a specific group:

# yum grouplist
Loaded plugins: langpacks, ulninfo
There is no installed groups file.
Maybe run: yum groups mark convert (see man yum)
Warning: no environments/groups match:
