Special Orders From Xstore Don't Create Purchase Order in MFCS (Doc ID 2813035.1)

Goal

Special Orders created in Xstore should automatically create the Purchase Order in MFCS. Upon receiving, SIOCS should identify that the PO is associated with an Special Order, segregate the inventory and allow for customer pickup.
