Qn1:On : 11.13.21.07.0 version,

Default display of Balance as of 'Last calculation date' on Absence balance page

We have a requirement to display the employee accrual balance as of ' Last calculation date' on the Absence balance page. Currently this page display's balance as on 'current date' but the plan balance are run till 31st Dec and we want to display the balance to employee as of 31st Dec which is as of 'Last calculation date'.

Is there any customization that can be done on this page to change from existing default LOV of 'Current date' to 'Last calculation date'?
