Symptoms

Additional Junk characters are prefixed in the Approver names when in Chinese

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. When the Approver's First Name/Last Names are entered in Chinese in the System, the names get garbled in the PO Approval hierarchy
2. when we view them in the Purchase order screen
