Document Manager Folder Options Settings Do Not Carry over to Newly Created Sub Folder (Doc ID 2813325.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new sub folder in Document Manager, the options settings in the parent folder do not carry over to the sub folder.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The options selected in the options tab of the parent DM folder should be the default in the newly created sub folder.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. Go to Document Manager folder in any shell
3. In Project Information folder, select the options tab from right hand pane
4. Verify the options selected in that folder
5. Click Create, select folder
6. Click Options tab
7. Notice that no options from the parent folder are selected in the sub folder
