OMC : Cloud Agents Are Failing To Re-register After Deletion From OMC Console (Doc ID 2813366.1)

Symptoms

Unable Re-register the agents after deleting them accidentally.

Deletion was done via OMC > Administration > Agents > Cloud Agents > Delete.

The agents remained installed on server side. Allowing to stop /start the agents, but they are not showing up in OMC.
