Fusion Global HR : Roles with AOR Person Security Profile give expected result in UI , but different in BI reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some users have 2 Roles assigned: One custom HR Specialist related to the Goals module with AOR access to the Entity B and one custom Learning role with access to the Entity A .
In UI data is showing fine, only Goal details for LE B can be seen and only Learning details related to LE A with that user.
Issue is in BI reports only, user will see all the population of the entity A + entity B.No matter if it's a learning report or a goals report, all the population will be displayed.

As in UI, in BI data should be showed only selective.
