Symptoms

Attempted to load with scheduled process "Load Interface File for Import":
- parent program ends with status Error
log files says "Orphan files ApInvoiceInterface.csv, are present in the zip file which are not submitted to sqlldr job. Please check the names of the files"
- child program "Transfer file" ends with status = Succeeded
log says "Data file has already been downloaded. Skipping the transfer file at this stage"
