Visual Builder Deployed Application Is Using The Wrong Application Profile/Service Connections (Doc ID 2813639.1)

Symptoms

Deployed an application including the application version in the URL and specifying the correct Application Profile name as the Application Profile in the build configuration step.

The Application Profile points all the necessary service connections. The workspace itself is connected to a Development environment, but it is being deployed to QA which is pointing to a different instance.

After successfully deploying the application to the QA instance, when running this application, the service connections are pointing to the wrong databases. 

The application is using the Application Profile connections from the development environment instead of the QA connections established in the QA Application Profile.
