Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RMS PROD- Expired HTS getting applied to items

While associating HTS codes to items, the HTS is getting applied for the expired effect to date and is appearing in an approved status in RMS. Though the correct HTS code has an active effect to date the system is picking the HTS for the expired effect to date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Active HTS should be chosen only

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a code with expired as well as active effect to date.
2. Go to Items.
3. Go to manage items and search for an existing item.
3. Go to HTS in more actions.
4. Add HTS.
5. HTS gets applied for the expired effect to date.
