Why workflow escalation happening from date of initial transaction rather than the days pending on the approver?
For Example: Workflow was initiated on 9/7/21. The workflow has 3 approvers (2 of them approved on 9/13). For the third approver, the workflow escalated on 9/14/21 even though the 3rd person only had 1 day.
