EPM Automate Stopped Download The Activity Report After 21.09 Update (Doc ID 2814023.1)

 After 21.09 patch was applied to customer's PODs,  the EPM Automate(Windows) stopped to download the Activity Reports, and fails to login due to error:  Error: EPMAT-7 Unable to parse password file: prefs

Reviewing the process and also the 21.09 update docs, it was discovered that ".prefs" file generation have changed (Security Enhancement Affecting .prefs File).

The login issue seems to be related to double quotes passed as a parameter in the username ( set username="serviceAdmin"), but if the quotes are removed, it works (set username=serviceAdmin).


 Patch 21.09 was applied
