Fusion Benefits: Need To Remove Element Entry From Benefits

Goal
On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Manage Benefits
Need to remove the Dental and Visions element from the employees element entries. They are currently not enrolled in both plans but got loaded with them during conversion. It appears the initial benefit load enrollment was backed out and the LE added for the employee without the Dental and Vision.
The Dental and Vision elements are still on the element entries and deductions are being taken out. With the source being benefits it will not let us remove the elements from element entries.
