Symptoms

Adjust date place in service in CIP Asset ends in error.


Retrieving Information about the prorate date failed. (FA-645146)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Asset->Adjust Asset
2. Search asset and click Change Financial Details
3. Change In Service Date
