Unable to Delete or Stop A VM Build Executor (Doc ID 2814338.1)

VM Build Executor cannot be deleted or stopped. Getting the following message banners when trying to delete or stop it:

"You have chosen machines that already being deleted or are currently unable to be deleted."

"You have chosen machines that already being stopped or are currently unable to be stopped."

Instance is still in running state.
