On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Manage Users page, the incorrect Reporting Manager is shown for User.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should show the same manager as it does in the Resource Directory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to My Team > Users and Roles
3. Search and edit user; the incorrect Reporting Manager is shown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, possibly we are seeing incorrect visibility on Leads.
