After 21C upgrade, the Finalize Billing Documents for Portugal process is finishing with error and transactions remained in incomplete status

No data found to be processed for the encryption signature generation based on the submitted parameters. (JE-750091)

The external source billing documents with missing encryption signature details couldn't be completed. Delete and reimport them with complete information. (JE-750072)

Transactions can be made as Incomplete due to any of the following Reasons

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Batch Source GDF Segment is set as Already Billed

2. Transaction Date is less that the latest Sequence date

3. Transaction Currency and Primary Ledger Currency is not EUR

Please verify the missing setups before re-running the ESS job
