Fusion UK Payroll - PAE Calculation Card Is Not Creating Benefits And Pension Card For Individual Assignment (Doc ID 2814472.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee has 2 assignments under the same payroll relationship and the user has created 2 components for the pension automatic calculation card for each assignment.
PAE process run successfully, and the employee was enrolled for both assignments into the pension scheme and the same can be seen on the calculation card.
Benefits and pension calculation card was created only for the first assignment  but not for the second one.
Expect a pension deduction per assignment, even if they are for the same pension scheme.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Benefits and pension card should be created for each assignment even if they are for the same pension scheme

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Multiple components are created for each assignment for PAE card
2. PAE process run successfully
3. PAE card is updated automatically correct but benefits and pension card is created only for one assignment
