Symptoms

When attempting to click on 'Raw XML' for an outbound transmission the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error : XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Outbound Transmission
2. Click on Raw XML at Header
3. Error occurs and some times some times giving blank Yellow page
