Symptoms
User when trying to Approve Requisition from Email Notification getting below incident error
However Requisition is getting approved
Error:
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 35, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Requisition
3. Create Requisition and Submit for Approval
4. Approver from Email notification click on Approve
