Product Import Callback From Custom Application Used In Responsys Program Fails With Http Status 500 (Doc ID 2814672.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do Product Import call back from the custom application used in the Responsys Program, the following error occurs.



The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log into Responsys UI

2. Navigate to Programs

3. Product Import call back

4. Setting ETV CXAPP_STATE=OK and release=true

5. Getting Below Error

    Response: Http Status 500, error message: Responsys failed to process the request at this time due to internal error. Please contact Responsys support team
