ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Basic Salary in Payroll is duplicated by 12 (as Annualized salary even though frequency is set as Monthly)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payroll to show the Monthly entry value of Basic Salary
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The salary basis is defined on monthly basis and also the periodicity is defaulted in element input value creation;
2. After the run the system automatically convert the periodicity from monthly to annually.
