PO, BPA, CPA Actions Have No List Of Values When Accessing Them From Enterprsie Contract Fulfillment Lines

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When accessing the PO, CPA or BPA from Enterprise Contracts Fulfillment tab, we see that the Actions Button has not list of values, hence we cannot edit the record when it is being accessed from Contracts management.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
To be able to edit the CPA, PO or BPA when accessed from Enterprise Contracts pages.
STEPS TO RERODUCE
Go to Contract Fulfillment tab
Drill down to CPA, BPA or PO
In the newly opened page, click on Actions
See no list of values
