OCI Cloud: When Bidder Clicks On Bid Invitation Link They Are Not Presented With Non-SSO/SAML Login Prompt (Doc ID 2814775.1)

Symptoms

In the OCI cloud environments (https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<customername>) when a Bidder is invited to participate in a Unifier Bid, they receive the Bid Invitation email from Unifier. The Bid Portal URL will be similar to: https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<customername>/pub/bidding. But when the bidder tries to access this URL, they are presented with the SSO login page and these bidders do not have SSO accounts, so they are not able to login and there is no redirect to a non-SSO login page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The customer expectation is that when the Bidder clicks on the Bidder URL in the Bid Invitation, that they will be redirected to a non-SSO login page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Bid Manager creates a bid process and invites 3 bidders.
  2. The 3 bidders receive Bid Invitation Email's from Unifier, with a link to the Bidder Portal
  3. When the bidders click on the Bid link, they are presented with an SSO login page. However, these users do not have SSO accounts.
