Symptoms
BI Publisher
Report/SQL Query based on Requisition Action History (RequisitionActionHistoryPVO) is not returning results.
Logs report errors
[SEVERE] Error occured during extract - [BIACM0104] Cause: BI Data Extract Job failure due to : oracle.obiacm.dataExtract.DataExtractException: Error executing query.
