Symptoms

When sending an XML to update a user the transmission errors:

Error on transmission manager:
CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSACTION: You do not have rights to run method getUserExternal of EJB SecuritySession.
