ReSA generates Transaction Out Of Balance error with balance of 0.00 when receives transactions where item's unit of measure is Kilo Gram(KG).

Steps to recreate:
1. Process RTLOG with an item sale
TITEM: Catch Weight Items (retail configuration is 2 decimals, scales are weighting with 3 decimal precision)
             Unit Quantity: 139.156KG

                           = 8899.0262 SAR (Quantity * Retail)
  TTEND: CASH 8899.03 SAR(2 decimals)
2. Navigate to the transaction and notice the Transaction Out Of Balance error showing balance on 0.00
