Symptoms

 After opting in to 22A Product Management feature ‘Enforce Uniform Quantity Related Setting for Reference Designators', Quantity Related Flag (checks) are enabled for both SOAP and REST API.

This may cause failure in the existing item structure or change order integrations that are based on SOAP or REST API.
