When attempting to perform a POST on {host}/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/availabilityPatterns ,
the following error occurs:

You don't have access to availability patterns based on the October Month Availability availability type. Make sure you enter the name or ID correctly. ( ANC-3405262 )
