Why Import AutoInvoice Creates Transactions When There Are Invalid Tax Lines In Interface Table ? (Doc ID 2815699.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

There are both invoice and tax lines in the interface which the customer expects to create a single transaction.
However, the interface tax lines are not referencing the Line Transaction Flexfield of invoice line in interface.

In the Transaction Source, 'Invalid Line' option is set to 'Reject Invoice'.

Why when Import AutoInvoice is run, the system picked the LINE type lines and proceeded to create the transaction ignoring the interface tax lines
