Use of CFAS for Order Date Change Restrictions (Doc ID 2816196.1)

Goal


Need to prevent users from changing Not Before/Not After Dates if the change occurs within 14 days from the current Not Before Date. This would allow measuring vendor bookings and compliance [not available today] by restricting constant or continuous date changes.

For example:

Today's Date = 4.16.2021
Current Not Before Date = 4.12.2021
*** Change to be prevented / not allowed ***

Today's Date = 4.16.2021
Current Not Before Date = 4.02.2021
*** Change to be allowed ***


In the UI, this capability is not available. However, is there a way to use CFAS functionality?
If CFAS is not the answer, please share any suggestions.
