Goal

Requirement for Purchase Requisitions > Recent Purchases to reflect the most Recent Requisition Purchase Price, not $1.00.

REPRODUCE BY STEPS

1.  Choose Smart Form (Price is not predefined on form)
2.  Create a Requisition
3.  Enter required information: Category name, price
4.  Add to Cart
5.  Price shows $444 (item test Smart Form price)
6.  Requisition is auto approved
7.  Go to Recent Purchases, all prices for all Smart Form items show $1
