Sign Contract - One Or Both Of Username And Password Are Invalid (Doc ID 2816716.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

DocuSign integration with Oracle Fusion - Contracts.

Integration configured via 'Manage Contract Electronic Signature' / 'Configure Electronic Signature for Procurement Documents' with correct credentials and validated in prod and test Fusion environments (meaning username and password are fine).

Contract Types are set to allow DocuSign e-signatures.

Within the contract, after internal approval, clicking 'Sign Contract' shows the following error:

ERROR

"One or both of Username and Password are invalid."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clicking Actions>
2. Sign Contract
