Fusion UK Payroll - FPS Errors and Warnings Report Not Highlighting New Starter Records with Missing Address Line 2 (Doc ID 2816738.1)

Symptoms

 Specific records are not currently highlighted in the Full Payment Submission (FPS) Errors and Warnings  report when data is not present as needed in Fusion Applications, to allow the respective records to be successfully submitted to HMRC, i.e. Address Line 2 is not present, when a New starter record is being reported and NINO (NI Number) is present.

You may see the following the return receipt from HMRC, when running the HMRC File Submission process for FPS:
"There is an entry in [STARTDATE]. Please complete at least two [ADDRESSLINE]"
