On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a contract number is selected from the drop down list of recent items in the Contracts Landing Page, the page refreshes and nothing happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When navigating to Find Field -> selected recent item should get populated in field value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract Management when Advanced Search is not enabled.
2. Click on Find Field -> shows recent items.
3. Select one of the recent items -> recent item doesn't get populated in find field.
