Goal
Why Cost Change with recalculate order is not applied on purchase order(PO) with manual unit cost?
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a PO for future with one item and one location (unit cost = 2$).
2. Update the unit cost of the item (increase) (e.g., from 2$ to 3$) and approve the PO.
3. Create a cost change for the same item.
4. New unit cost is below original unit cost (original unit cost = 2$, cost change unit cost = 1. Approve the cost change.
5. Run the nightly batch.
6. Check the unit cost in the PO. The unit cost did not change to 1$ and remain at 3$.
