Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Earned Value Management (EVM) sheet is calculating the Budget At Completion (BAC) incorrectly for a specific project. It is equal to Planned Total Cost instead of the Baseline value from P6


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Earned Value Sheet to mach Activity Sheet

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment
  2. Navigate to the affected Project
  3. Open Activity Manager
  4. Open the Activity Sheet
  5. Notice the BAC values
  6. Navigate to Earned Value Analysis
  7. Select the EV sheet
  8. Notice the BAC value
  9. Notice the 2 values do not match
